Remembering Eric Carle and Lois Ehlert

This week, children’s literature lost two icons: Eric Carle, who passed away at age 91, and Lois Ehlert, who passed away at age 86.

Both Carle and Ehlert were known for their vibrant colors, collage style, and commitment to providing engaging stories for young children.
