Decorah Public Library is excited to announce a new partnership with Comics Plus, a digital resource that provides free access to a large catalogue of comics, graphic novels, and manga from major and indie publishers. The resource offers three separate catalogues to serve Children and Emergent Readers, Teen and Young Adult Readers, as well as Adults. All three catalogues will be available to any Decorah Public Library cardholder.
Comics Plus offers distinct features that encourage access to materials, including no hold or wait times, and unlimited checkouts. These features ensure that all readers may have immediate access to the books that they are interested in.
We trust parents to help their children select the materials that are right for their families. Each of the three Comics Plus collections are curated by professionals to ensure the safety of young readers. Please refer to Comics Plus’ Age Appropriate Guidelines for information on how materials are selected for each collection in Comics Plus, and to decide which collection is the right fit for your family.
