Movie Afternoon: Hoppers

Join us for a free movie at the library! The library will provide popcorn and juice boxes for this fun afternoon event. All ages are welcome but children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
Hoppers (PG): In this animated comedy adventure, animal lover Mabel seizes an opportunity to use a new technology to “hop” her consciousness into a lifelike robotic beaver and communicate directly with animals. As she makes amazing discoveries, Mabel befriends a charismatic beaver and must rally the entire animal kingdom to face a major, imminent, human threat.
What to expect: The movie will be shown on the third floor of the library, which is accessible by elevator. Popcorn and juice boxes will be self serve, and available at the back of the seating area. Sensory kits with weighted blankets, headphones, and fidgets are available on a first come, first served basis near the front desk. Subtitles can be turned on for the movie upon request. The rest of the library will remain open for regular use.
Construction Notice: The parking lot east of the library will be temporarily closed beginning July 9th due to construction and is expected to remain closed until fall. During this time, the drive-through book drop, and lower-level entrance are also closed. We appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you through our Main Street entrance.
