Terrarium Workshop

Decorah Public Library is thrilled to announce a creative partnership with Jen Opheim, the talented owner, grower, and floral designer at Bloom Flower Farm. Together, they will be hosting a Terrarium workshop on March 19 at 7:00 PM at Pulpit Rock Brewery.

This unique workshop will immerse participants in the art of building terrariums with rich green mosses, small ornamental plants, and decorative textures. Jen Opheim, known for her passion for art, photography, and design, draws inspiration from nature to create stunning floral and plant arrangements. During the workshop, she will not only guide attendees in building a terrarium but will also share examples of how to personalize and their terrarium with their own accent pieces at home.

Decorah Public Library invites individuals of all skill levels to join in this hands-on experience. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a beginner looking to explore your creative side, this workshop promises to be both educational and fun.

Space for this workshop is limited, and pre-registration is required. Interested participants can register using the Register button on the right or the Book Event form at the bottom of this post. This workshop is free to attend, but participants are encouraged to make a $30 free will donation to cover the cost of supplies.
