Storytime at the Kids Lunch Club: July

Wednesdays in July

12:45-1:15 at John Cline

Join Decorah Public Library at Kids Lunch Club.  Kids Lunch Club provides all area kids with free, fresh, and nutritious grab-and-go lunches all summer long! All area youth are invited to pick-up free “grab-and-go” style lunches on weekdays throughout the summer.  This summer the program is expanding to not only include great lunches but also a variety of activities for student fun and family engagement.  Join us Wednesdays for an all ages library storytime.  We’ll read a story or two with some fun hands-on activities to follow.  We’re excited to see you there.

What to expect:
Students will have an opportunity to gather their lunch first.  Stories will be read while kids eat.  Afterward there will be an activity like parachute play, bubbles, or games.  We understand that in a multi-age setting that attention spans will vary and welcome you to participate at the level that feels appropriate. Please feel free to reach out to Rachael at rbutton@decorahlibrary.org for any additional questions about accessibility, accommodations or logistics.
